1. General

By purchasing from Ophelia Flower Farm, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all sales including dahlia tubers, fresh bouquets, and flower buckets.

2. Seasonal Availability

All products are seasonal and subject to availability. Dahlia tubers are supplied during the dormant season, while fresh flowers are only available during our growing season. We reserve the right to substitute varieties if necessary.

3. Orders & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We take care in packaging all products; however, once items leave our farm, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier.

  • Dahlia tubers are shipped at the appropriate planting time.
  • Fresh flowers are only delivered locally by on of our team members, we do not ship these via courier
  • Incorrect delivery details are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Dahlia Tubers: If a tuber is clearly non-viable upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • Fresh Flowers: Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

We will assess each case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

6. Dahlia Tuber Guarantee

We guarantee that all tubers are true to variety and viable at the time of dispatch. Growing success depends on environmental conditions and care, which are outside of our control.

7. Substitutions

Due to the nature of farming, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or varieties of equal or greater value if required.

8. Liability

Ophelia Flower Farm is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use or handling of our products.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, branding, and content remain the property of Ophelia Flower Farm and may not be used without permission.
