Our Story
Ophelia Flower Farm began with a Tinder match and a first date at Ophelia Café.
What started as a simple coffee turned into something neither of us expected — a connection that grew quickly, naturally, and with the kind of ease that feels rare. That café became part of our story, and when the idea of starting a flower farm began to take shape, the name Ophelia felt like the most fitting tribute to where it all began.
This farm is, in many ways, a reflection of our relationship — built from the ground up with love, support, long conversations, and a lot of hard work behind the scenes.
Grown With Love
Ophelia Flower Farm is rooted in the belief that flowers should be accessible — not just for grand occasions, but for everyday joy.
We believe:

- Beauty should feel natural, not forced.
- Seasonal blooms tell the best stories.
Our flowers are grown mainly from December through May, when the garden is at its most abundant. This seasonality shapes everything we do. We grow what thrives, harvest at peak beauty, and design in a way that allows each stem to move and breathe.
There’s something special about flowers that are grown with intention — planted by hand, nurtured daily, cut fresh, and arranged thoughtfully. They carry a kind of energy you can feel.
From First Date to Flower Farm
Starting this farm wasn’t just about flowers — it was about building something meaningful together.
Early mornings in the garden. Muddy boots. Late-night planning. Trial and error. Celebrating the wins and learning from the failures. Ophelia Flower Farm exists because of mutual belief — in each other, and in what we’re creating.
Every bouquet, wedding, and tuber that leaves the farm carries that story with it.
What We Stand For
At the heart of Ophelia is a simple idea:

For weddings and milestones, yes — but also for kitchen tables, hospital visits, apologies, celebrations, and “just because.”
We grow garden-inspired blooms with movement, softness, and character — especially dahlias, which have become a signature of our summer and autumn season. Each stem reflects the time of year it was grown, making every arrangement unique to that moment.
Ophelia Flower Farm is a tribute to love — the love that started over coffee, the love poured into the soil, and the love shared through every bunch of flowers.
